GCH Craftsman Bar

This poolside lounge features a relaxed, outdoor atmosphere inspired by California Craftsman architecture. Guests can sit under the shaded pavilion or gather around the spacious bar area to enjoy views of the resort pool. The menu focuses on shared plates, artisanal pizzas, and handcrafted cocktails. It is a great spot to wind down after a day in the parks, with a warm, welcoming environment that feels like a quiet retreat.

GCH Craftsman Bar is located in the pool courtyard of Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Visitors coming from Disney California Adventure can use the hotel's entrance near Grizzly Peak to access the resort grounds. If you are arriving from outside, enter through the main hotel lobby and follow the signs toward the pool area. The bar is situated right next to the Redwood Pool.

For breakfast, you can order a smoked salmon bagel sandwich or thick-sliced brioche French toast topped with mascarpone cream. The lunch and dinner menus include artisanal pizzas, nachos, and kid-friendly plates. You can pair your meal with specialty drinks like the Grand Candied Orange Coffee or a selection from the full-service bar.
