Cafe Orleans

Cafe Orleans is an outdoor table-service restaurant located in New Orleans Square. This historic location has served Cajun-inspired dishes on its charming sidewalk patio since 1966. Diners can enjoy views of the Rivers of America, where the Mark Twain Riverboat and Sailing Ship Columbia regularly glide past. Inside, you can see displays themed to The Princess and the Frog, along with the original espresso machine once used by Walt Disney. It is a relaxed spot to eat lunch or dinner while watching the park go by.

Cafe Orleans is in the New Orleans Square section of Disneyland Park. To get here, walk past the entrance to Pirates of the Caribbean and head toward the waterfront. The restaurant is situated right along the main walkway, adjacent to the Royal Street area and overlooking the Rivers of America. If you are entering the park, walk down Main Street, U.S.A., turn left at the central hub, and follow the path through Adventureland to reach New Orleans Square.

The signature dish is the Monte Cristo sandwich, which comes in two versions: a classic recipe with turkey, ham, and Swiss cheese, or a meatless option featuring Swiss, mozzarella, and double-crème Brie. Both sandwiches are fried, dusted with powdered sugar, and served with seasonal preserves. Entrées are accompanied by garlic parmesan Pommes Frites and Cajun spice rémoulade.
