Carthay Circle Restaurant

This upscale restaurant sits on the second floor of a detailed reproduction of the historic Carthay Circle Theatre, where Walt Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs premiered in 1937. Inside, you will find an elegant dining room styled after Hollywood's Golden Age, complete with vintage photographs and animated cels from the movie hanging on the walls. The main dining room ceiling features a beautiful pastoral scene painted directly onto it. Guests can enjoy a sophisticated, modern menu inspired by Southern California flavors, or request a table on the outdoor terraces for views of Buena Vista Street below.

You can find this restaurant at the end of Buena Vista Street, right at the central hub of Disney California Adventure Park. Once you pass through the main entrance turnstiles, walk straight down Buena Vista Street toward the Carthay Circle Theatre building, which looks like a massive white 1920s cinema with a bell tower. The entrance to the restaurant is inside the main lobby, where a host will guide you upstairs.

The menu focuses on seasonal Southern California cuisine using locally sourced ingredients. Standout dinner entrees include the ginger and soy glazed tri-tip, grilled chicken meatloaf, and pan-roasted shrimp. You can start your meal with seasonal appetizers like the California asparagus toast. There is also a dedicated kids menu designed for younger guests.
