This award-winning restaurant showcases an upscale coastal theme designed by architect Jeffrey Beers. The dining room has a striking underwater aesthetic with flowing blue lights, bubble-like glass ornaments, and a glowing orange fireplace that mimics an underwater abyss. Chef Todd English created the menu to showcase fresh seafood with international influences alongside premium steaks and chicken. It is a sophisticated venue that works well for a date night or a special dinner. Guests can also grab a drink at the sleek bluezoo lounge.

This restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, which sits in the EPCOT Resort Area. To get here, you can take the Disney FriendShip boats from EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios directly to the shared Swan and Dolphin dock. Alternatively, you can walk along the path from the International Gateway entrance of EPCOT. If you are driving, park in the Dolphin Hotel lot and bring your parking ticket to the restaurant for validation.

Notable dishes include the signature Cantonese-style whole fried fish, lobster bucatini, and swordfish served with creamy risotto.
