Tusker House Restaurant

This lively marketplace eatery in Harambe village serves up a massive buffet of African-inspired dishes alongside classic American favorites. Donald Duck and his friends host the meal, dressed in their best safari gear. They travel through the brightly colored dining rooms to greet you while you eat. The atmosphere is energetic and loud, making it an excellent choice for families with children. It is one of the only character dining locations inside Disney's Animal Kingdom.

You can find this restaurant in the Africa section of Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. It sits right next to the Dawa Bar and the entrance to Kilimanjaro Safaris. If you are arriving from outside the park, take a Disney bus to the Animal Kingdom entrance, pass through the turnstiles, and walk straight through Oasis and Discovery Island toward the Africa bridge.

The buffet includes African-inspired dishes such as spit-roasted tandoori chicken, berbere-marinated pork, green curry shrimp, doro wat, and braised beef tajine. For breakfast, you can get Mickey and Simba waffles, plant-based frittatas, and South African French toast bulkas. Kids can choose from familiar favorites like macaroni and cheese.
