Tusker House Restaurant

Tusker House is a character buffet in the Harambe village of Animal Kingdom's Africa section, a short walk from Kilimanjaro Safaris. Donald, Daisy, Mickey and Goofy come around in safari outfits while you eat from a buffet that mixes African-inspired dishes like tandoori chicken and curries with kid-friendly basics. Breakfast is about $49 per adult and $33 per child, and lunch or dinner about $64 per adult and $42 per child, before tax and tip. It is the only character meal inside Animal Kingdom, so tables near park opening and at lunch fill quickly.

You can find this restaurant in the Africa section of Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. It sits right next to the Dawa Bar and the entrance to Kilimanjaro Safaris. If you are arriving from outside the park, take a Disney bus to the Animal Kingdom entrance, pass through the turnstiles, and walk straight through Oasis and Discovery Island toward the Africa bridge.

The buffet includes African-inspired dishes such as spit-roasted tandoori chicken, berbere-marinated pork, green curry shrimp, doro wat, and braised beef tajine. For breakfast, you can get Mickey and Simba waffles, plant-based frittatas, and South African French toast bulkas. Kids can choose from familiar favorites like macaroni and cheese.
