Wine Bar George – A Restaurant & Bar

This estate-style wine bar is led by Master Sommelier George Miliotes. It has a relaxed, warm atmosphere designed to feel like a sunny vineyard estate. You can sit inside among wine barrels used as tables, or head upstairs to the outdoor terrace for great views of Disney Springs. Guests can choose from more than 200 wines by the glass, bottle, or ounce, making it easy to sample different varieties.

This venue is located in The Landing section of Disney Springs, near the water and Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar. If you are driving, park in the Lime Garage for the shortest walk. Guests arriving from Disney resorts can take the complimentary Disney bus service directly to the Disney Springs bus loop, or use the water taxi service if staying at resorts like Port Orleans or Saratoga Springs.

The menu focuses on shareable small plates, cheese and charcuterie boards, and family-style platters like skirt steak and grilled sea bass. Standout starters include crispy hand-breaded mac and cheese bites, house-made meatballs, and burrata. On weekends, you can order brunch dishes like French toast with strawberry compote, a steak and eggs plate, and a Frozcato made with Dole Whip pineapple.
