This contemporary Mexican restaurant showcases the regional flavors of Mexico under the direction of celebrity Chef Rick Bayless. The dining room features an airy, modern design highlighted by a large fiery chandelier and an open kitchen where you can watch the culinary team at work. A massive tequila wall dominates the bar area, displaying dozens of premium agave spirits. On Saturdays and Sundays, a live Mariachi band performs during brunch to create a festive dining environment.

This restaurant is located in the Town Center section of Disney Springs, situated along the water promenade near the bridge that connects to The Landing. If you park in the Town Center or Lime Garage, walk toward the central springs area. You will find the restaurant right next to D-Luxe Burger and across from Sprinkles Cupcakes. Guests arriving by Disney bus can walk straight past the Town Center shops toward the water to reach the entrance.

The menu features authentic Mexican dishes such as Oaxacan mole grilled snapper, carne asada, and garlicky red bean refritos. You can start your meal with fresh house-made tortilla chips served with smoky chipotle and herby salsa verde. The bar serves premium tequila flights, freshly shaken margaritas, and craft cocktails. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available on the menu.
